im 11 i started my period 2 days ago. Today i didn't have one what is wrong with me. Im scared to tell my mum. what should i do?

Hey i'm Glitz n Glam. Please tell your mom. When you first start your period, you should always tell your mom. You have nothing to be ashamed of. But please tell your mom about this. She is the only one that can reallyy help you with this. Your mom is suppose to be the main source of information when it comes down to periods. Your mom went through the same thing when she was younger, so she knows what you are going through. If you can't tell her, then go to a grandmother, older sister, or aunt. They can help you. This is something your mom should handle and take care of.

You should just ask your mom if you can talk to her somewere quiet like your room or your moms room dont be scared. just take a few deep breaths and go up to your mom and say "mom i need to tell you something in private" and just spit the rest of the words out and maybe talk about how you felt that moment,ask her some question about your period and youll be fine:)
